Data may be transferred, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK, to service providers, legal advisers, auditors, and competent public authorities. International transfers follow the safeguards required by Article 9.

Data is collected through forms, email, calls, meetings, cookies, and similar automated methods.

You may send a signed written 'KVKK Application' to our registered address stated in Section 1, 'Data Controller.' Alternatively, you may apply via info@kugsystems.com only from an email address that you previously notified to KUG Systems and that is registered in our systems. Applications are concluded as soon as possible and no later than 30 days; statutory fees may apply when additional cost is incurred.
